The Ballantyne will feature a special progressive dinner to commemorate its latest Personal Select Whisky. Maker’s Mark Ambassador Jane Conner will be on hand to share insight on the bourbon creation process. Reception starts at 6:30 p.m. with passed specialty cocktails and upscale bar snacks, and dinner is at 7:30 p.m. featuring an entrée, charcuterie and selection of small plates. The event will conclude with bourbon-infused desserts and live music. Cigars will be available for purchase. Cost is $89 per person, plus tax & service charge. Limited seating is available.
