Pilot Brewing & Dandelion Market Tapas Dinner

We're back at it with one of our affordable and delicious beer & tapas dinner pairings. This time we'll be featuring Dandelion Market! Tickets are $35/person, on sale now at Pilot Brewing, and can be purchased in person at the brewery, or by phone. Tickets are also on sale at Dandelion Market.

The dinner will include 6 beers, 5 courses and will be led by Pilot Brewing's Certified Cicerone® Rachael Cardwell Hudson and Dandelion Market's Head Chef Dustin Neely.


Social Beer: TBD

1st Course: Mimosa Gose paired with bread pudding, apple butter, grilled fennel, blackberries.

2nd Course: French Saison paired with pickled shrimp, napa cabbage slaw, honey, yogurt, orange, chive.

3rd Course: Island Mosaic Hopper IPA paired with beets, gorgonzola, blueberries, mint, basil.

4th Course: Caf├ę Latte Stout paired with a spicy espresso rub lamb loin, green lentil salad, caramelized onion puree.

5th Course: A TBD beer and truffle pairing from Potts Chocolate
