Join Dr. Vanessa Perry, an expert on housing markets, as she screens her award-winning film, "Dog Parks and Coffee Shops," which explores the causes and effects of gentrification in three Washington D.C. neighborhoods. Many of Charlotte’s neighborhoods inside the I-277 loop are undergoing similar transformations. Don't miss the opportunity to discuss the implications and impacts with Perry, a professor at George Washington University, and Willie Ratchford, Executive Director of Charlotte's Community Relations Committee.
