Siblings Davita Galloway and Dion Galloway have released a new collection just in time for the holidays.

The DUPP&SWAT owners have been designing streetwear for a few years and have hosted many events at their space, highlighting other Black streetwear designers in Charlotte.

Their newest line of hoodies and sweatshirts will be available at the DUPP&SWAT space at Camp North End and will be available online starting Nov. 25.

The new line has an alien theme that stems from an understanding of being “others.”

“We resonate with aliens and being others or misunderstood as creatives,” Dion Galloway said in a statement. “As creatives, we think out of this world.”

Amanda was born and raised in Charlotte and graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s in Communications and English. She covers Mecklenburg County. Reach her at amanda@qcitymetro.com
