The best thing about a local farmers market is trying crafted, curated products and supporting local farmers. At least, that’s what I’ve been witnessing since April in different parts of Queen City. But, don’t miss out on one of Charlotte’s best weekly markets – located at Camp North End.
Camp North End Farmers Market
Every Wednesday evening from April 6 – October 26 (4 – 8 p.m.), Camp North End hosts North End Farmers’ Market on 1701 N. Graham St., which features straight-from-the-garden and craft specialties from local artisans and farmers. Between The Mount and Keswick district of Camp North End, you’ll stroll through tented booths covering florals, cheeses, baked goods, farm-raised meats, and fresh-pressed juices. Visit each week while picking up food for home, or just enjoy sampling the selection of sweet and savory provisions.
Imagine that picture-perfect scene where you casually leave the house looking ~effortless~ and unexpectedly bump into your soulmate while perusing through Deep Roots Farm’s organically-grown zucchinis. Or, perhaps petting a cute puppy while waiting for a locally roasted coffee cup from Nomad Coffee – who knows?! The possibilities are endless because North End Farmers Market brings a different experience and diverse options by keeping a rolling list of 10 -15 regular vendors and 15+ rotating vendors.

Nessy’s Naturals is a must-have for Queens loyal to a vibe with their small-batch soaps, body butter, sprays, and candles! The woman-owned brand believes in using a holistic approach with quality ingredients. But, they also sell accessories like headwraps, rings, and bracelets. You can shop Nessy’s Naturals when you visit the market or online.
DeepRoots CPS Farm
DeepRoots Community Planning Solutions (CPS) Farm grows various fruits and vegetables while raising chickens and beekeeping. Their produce always looks beautiful and healthy, making it easy to get what you need for the entire week. Farm Manager, Wisdom Jzar, believes in sustainable agriculture and community partnerships. Bakes and Babes
Bakes and Babes put sweet and savage on display with their brownies, cookies, and cakes for sale at their booth. It’s impossible to resist because they have different flavors and ingredients to satisfy every single sweet tooth. Try one (or more) of their macarons or cake truffles while you shop at the market or place an order on their bakery website!
The Jugo Bar
The most delicious juices you can find in Charlotte right now are from The Jugo Bar. The Jugo Bar serves samples of their “exotically-infused” recipes, which usually leads to buying a bunch to-go because they are so GOOD! The juice lab has no preservatives, no fructose syrups, and no granulated sugar – it’s not just good; it’s good for you. I could probably drink their carrot or strawberry cold-pressed juice every day.
