An employee at an adult arcade in east Charlotte was shot and fatally wounded early Tuesday, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police reported.
The shooting was the city’s 99th criminal homicide of 2019. (At least 11 other people have been killed this year in cases where police and prosecutor ruled the killings to be legally justified.)
