Weather: So, we’re just going to bypass fall and go straight into winter, huh?

Expect sunny days with a daytime high around 50 degrees on Saturday and in the low 60s on Sunday. Overnight lows will be in the upper 20s on Friday, just above freezing on Saturday and in the 40s on Sunday.

  • CONTRA-TIEMPO’s “joyUS justUS” (Thurs. – Sat.): Catch the dance troupe fusing salsa, Afro-Cuban, hip-hop and contemporary dance styles with theater. Stick around afterward for a community salsa dance party. (sponsored)
  • Eye on Tryon (Now through Nov. 16): The 80-foot tall Ferris wheel returns to its location at the corner of 7th and Tryon Streets, now known as Victoria Yards. Have a good time while taking in views of the skyline.
