The Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Deltas of Charlotte Foundation held its 54th annual Debutante Cotillion on Saturday, April 7, at Ovens Auditorium.
Dressed in formal gowns, 27 Debutantes participated in this years event.
The Deltas awarded college scholarships to 18 debutantes and presented seven nonprofits organizations with contributions toward their local programming.
Ashley Nichole Mark, a student at North Mecklenburg High School, was named Miss Cotillion.
