Rules: A winner will be selected by random drawing and notified by email no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Qcitymetro is responsible for administering this contest. If a contestant does not respond to our email notification within six hours, another name will be drawn and the initial winner will not be awarded the free tickets. The decisions of our judges are final.
