What are your weekend plans?

We’re moving right into the holiday season, and there are plenty of special events and festivals tailored for this time of year.

A new ice rink will be opening at Symphony Park in south Charlotte. On Friday night, Joseline Hernandez from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta will be making a club appearance at Crystal On The Plaza. And if reality TV isn’t your cup of tea, you join comedian Loni Love as she hosts a open-mic competition at Stats with a $500 grand prize.

Brand Experience features a specially curated showcase of the city’s best vendors’ vintage clothing, art, home goods, fashion designers, hand-made beauty products, organic candles, photography, collectibles and more. This is a charity fundraising event that asks everyone to please bring canned food for their charity Food drive. Brand will be donating the canned foods to a charity for the holidays. More info
