Things are definitely popping around town, and at a rapid pace, in the Theater District, with lots of upcoming plays and musicals. Last weekend I got a chance to check out the Tony award-winning play “Mamma Mia.”
The performance was presented by local actors at CPCC’s HaltonTheatre. I was lucky to attend the Saturday night performance, which sold out. Strolling down Memory Lane, listening to the music of ABBA, definitely resonated with me and the audience as we clapped and sang along with the cast. “Mamma Mia” runs until July 22, and tickets are still available. Parental discretion is advised.
