Police investigate killing in east Charlotte

The homicide was reported at 3:51 p.m. in the 3400 block of Biscayne Drive, which is off Eastway Drive.

Police say a man was killed during a “domestic disturbance” Tuesday afternoon in east Charlotte.

The homicide was reported at 3:51 p.m. in the 3400 block of Biscayne Drive, which is off Eastway Drive.

When police arrived, they found the man unresponsive. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

A CMPD spokesman said the man will be identified once family members are notified.

“The Medical Examiner’s Office will make the final determination on the male’s cause and manner of death,” she said.
