Bank of North Carolina, based in High Point, has named Kim Graham senior vice president and director of community relations. Graham will be responsible for developing relationships with community leaders, cultivating community partnerships, and identifying and increasing homeownership opportunities in the markets served by the bank.
Graham has been in banking for more than 25 years, largely focusing on community development and regulatory compliance of the Community Reinvestment Act.
Graham is involved with various organizations, including Friendship Community Development Corporation, My Sister’s House, Freedom School Partners, Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
“We are grateful for the experience Kim brings to Bank of North Carolina,” Chief Compliance Officer Cal Ratcliff said in a statement. “Her knowledge, as well as her success in partnering with those in the community and bank, will be a valuable asset for our team.”
Graham will be based at the bank’s Third Street branch in Charlotte.
