Classic breakfast favorites need not be saved for weekends and holidays. With tips from Cocoa Lab’s talented chefs, students will learn how to prepare two simple versions of the great American breakfast favorite – hand-made biscuits, with and without special flavorings. For those who crave a sweeter morning delight, dessert muffins and cinnamon bread are also on the workshop menu, which highlights some of the best breakfast creations of today’s South. The class menu includes:

• Apple Chocolate Chip Muffins
• Cinnamon Swirl Bread
• Classic Buttermilk Biscuits
• Cheddar Chive Biscuits
