While French bistro cuisine evokes savory delights, simple bistro desserts have recently gathered tremendous popularity among foodies worldwide. Also to be presented, the elegant clafouti is an impressive but easy to create ramekin dish and, along with velvety, custard-like pot de creme creations, lends elegance and irresistible flavor to any dessert occasion.
