Since being recognized and honored in Charlotte, Daniel D, moved on to become an Apollo Theater Winner and a highlighted performer on BET’s 106 & Park. He was an opening artist for President Barack Obama’s Presidential Campaign and played for various distinguished celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Oprah Winfrey, Larry King, Jesse Jackson and Susan Taylor, to name a few.
