Dulin, a Republican, was first elected in 2005 and is serving his third term on Council. He is vice chair of the Budget Committee and is a member of the Community Safety, Environment, Economic Development and Government Affairs Committees. Dulin received a bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism from Appalachian State University and currently works as a residential real estate broker with Cottingham-Chalk & Associates.
