Sheila Garnett Penn died on Wednesday, April 24, at her residence.
A Funeral Service will be Saturday, April 27 at 12 p.m. at New Birth- Charlotte.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Kittanning, P.A.
Alexander Funeral Home is serving the family.
