Charlotte-Mecklenburg police and the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) have issued outstanding warrants for felony interfering with an electronic monitoring device, probation violation and parole violation for the 17-year-old Darius Marquis Nicholson.

After Nicholson was convicted for felony conspiracy in a common law robbery case he was ordered to wear a CMPD electronic monitor as part of his probation. He cut off his monitor on Monday after arriving home late for his court-ordered curfew.

Nicholson was last seen in the uptown area.

Anyone with information on Nicholson’s whereabouts should contact VCAT at 704-336-VCAT or call 911.
