First Night Charlotte returns to ring in 2013 with a family-friendly cultural celebration taking place in Uptown Charlotte! First Night Charlotte takes place on New Year’s Eve from 12 p.m. to midnight with First Night Kids from 12 to 5 p.m. at kid-friendly venues and evening programming that runs from 8 to 11:30 p.m. at various venues with the countdown to midnight from 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the main stage.
