Keb Mo, formerly known as Kevin Moore, will perform a concert Dec. 8 based on The Reflection, his first new studio album since Suitcase in 2006. While Keb Mo is known for his blues music, the new album, which took him two years to write, reflects a time of personal and professional growth and the influence of African American “folk soul” singer/songwriters such as Bill Withers, Bobby Womack and Terry Callier.

Keb Mo has won three Grammy awards for Best Contemporary Blues Album.

The concert will be at 8 p.m. Dec. 8 at the McGlohon Theatre, 345 North College St. Ticket prices start at $35.50.
