R.O.A.D. (Roots Of the African Diaspora) presents the 2012 production of Black Nativity by Langston Hughes. R.O.A.D.’s production features an ‘all youth’ cast, youth dance ensemble and featuring “P.Y.E” the Porch Youth Ensemble. “Black Nativity”: A Gospel Song Play created by Langston Hughes, has been a holiday favorite in theaters across the country since it debuted on Broadway in December, 1961.
