The Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture will honor three community leaders at its annual Jazzy Holiday Luncheon on Nov. 30.

An awards presentation will follow the seated lunch. The 2012 Gantt Center Awards will be given to Jeanne M. Brayboy, community leader, arts patron and retired arts educator; Quentin “Q” Talley, award-winning theater professional and poet; and the Belk Corporation, which is being honored for its corporate philanthropy.

The Gantt Center also will share this year’s highlights and key accomplishments.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Gantt Center Annual Fund, which helps the center provide programming that celebrates and preserves African and African-American art, history and culture.

Individual luncheon seats are $125, and a reserved 8-person table is $1,500. For purchasing information, visit http://jazzyholiday.eventbrite.com/# or call (704) 547-3762.

The luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. Nov. 30 at the Westin Charlotte Hotel, 601 S. College St.
