Mrs. Mildred James Henderson, 73 departed this life on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012. She was 73 years old.
A home going celebration is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15, at 1 p.m. Viewing is one hour prior to service at Union Bethel A.M.E. Zion Church, Cornelius, NC.
Mrs. Henderson is survived by her husband, James Henderson; one daughter, Nicole Henderson; two brothers, Ralph James of Huntersville and James Stinson of Charlotte; and one sister, Sylvia Tucker of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Quadarius Dunn, Shandaijah Dunn and Dashayla Dunn, all of Charlotte.
Alexander Funeral Home is serving the Henderson family.
