According to the women behind the Southend natural hair salon Revolution Ego, the goal of their event Revolt: The Unwrapped Edition — hosted by the local poet Bluz — is to “to bring together visual artists, performance artists, music and natural hair lovers to inspire evolution, growth and oneness.”
Revolt will feature a fashion show with hair creations by Revolution Ego stylists, and it will be followed by the popular Wednesday party Pop Life.
