Zondra Malisa Douglas of Charlotte died Sunday, November 13, 2011. She was 32 years old.
Ms Douglas was a member of Seigle Avenue Presbyterian Church, Pastor Floretta Watkins. She was employed with Community Charter School. She graduated from West Charlotte High School in 1997.
She is survived by two children, Kadezjah and Zangel Douglas; mother, Velma Jones; father, Willie Hooper; brothers, Zavier Douglas of Charlotte, Christopher, Willie, Jr. and Alexander Hooper of Florida; sister, Lakina Gleaton of Charlotte; grandparents, James and Janie M. McClure of Charlotte, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 19 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3400 Beatties Ford Rd. The body will lie in state at the church from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a visitation on Friday, November 18, at AFH Chapel from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
