Looking start a charter school in North Carolina?
Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina and Partners for Developing Futures are hosting a forum in Charlotte on Sept. 20 for leaders of color interested in obtaining funding to start public charter schools.
Forums also will be held in Raleigh, Greensboro and Wilmington.
The Charlotte forum will be held on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University in Gambrell Hall.
