Crossroads Charlotte is hosting a community discussion on closing the gap on race, nationality and culture differences.
The goal of the event, called AboutFace: About BlackFace, is to encourage individuals to take a step toward understanding other cultures through open dialogue, said Crossroads Charlotte Consultant Brandi Williams.
āWe have many diverse communities here in Charlotte,ā she said. āSometimes what may seem acceptable in one culture will be unacceptable to another.ā
