Judge Mabelean Ephraim of “Divorce Court” fame will deliver a speech at the quarterly meeting of the Charlotte Section of the National Council of Negro Women on Saturday, July 30.
The council is meeting at Ebenezer Baptist Church to discuss some of its recent areas of focus, including childhood obesity.
While the sessions will be for invited guests only, Ephraim’s speech will be in the sanctuary of the church and will be open to the public.
A closed luncheon will follow.
