Minority- and women-owned (Section 3) or small-business enterprises are invited to a project information meeting concerning the redevelopment of the Boulevard Homes public housing complex.
The meeting will be hosted by Crosland and the Charlotte Housing Authority.
The Boulevard Homes project will be executed in several phases. The first phase will about 110 senior residential units as well as site development and infrastructure work.
