Ladypalooza 2009 was great, and the 2010 event promises to be even greater.
Ladypalooza is an all-female arts showcase celebrating the lives of women through music, poetry, dance and visual art. The event features women from every generation singing, dancing and speaking, while offering an area for visual art to be displayed.
At the end of the evening, three deserving queens will be given awards for their work in the Charlotte community. Ladypalozza’s goal is to shine a spotlight on the talents and work of Charlotte women while bridging the gap between the generations and genders of all cultural communities.
