The Thomasboro Neighborhood Association is hosting its inaugural Ethnic/Cultural Festival, Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the Thomasboro Elementary School gymnasium.
The event is free to the public. It will feature singing, dancing, drumming, storytelling, mask making and displays from various cultures.
The festival is co-sponsored by the Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department.
