UNC Charlotte presents Suzan-Lori Parks’ “Top Dog/Underdog.” The play won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2002, making Parks the first African-American woman honored with the award.

“Top Dog/Underdog” is about the adult lives of Booth and Lincoln, two black brothers struggling with sibling rivalry and coping with women, work, poverty, gambling, racism, and their troubled childhood.
