UNC Charlotte dining services will host a three-course dinner with wine pairings to benefit Haitian relief efforts.

The event will be held at the Bistro 49 in the new Student Union. All proceeds will benefit UNICEF.

The public is welcome. Parking is available in the Union Parking Deck adjacent to the Student Union.

Reservations are available for a minimum donation of $60 per couple. The menu will consist of a first course of jerk chicken salad on a bed of mesclun greens. The second course will be grilled mahi mahi with tropical salsa and traditional Haitian rice and beans and crystallized ginger-crusted lamb chop with roasted root vegetables. The third course is ginger tea sorbet with fresh mangoes on pain patate. The wine pairings will be compliments of the Wine Vault.
