Just in time for the holidays, local singer/songwriter Rudy
Currence has released an EP titled “Last Christmas.”
The
EP includes three original Christmas songs, including my
favorite, “Carolina Christmas.” In this upbeat tune, Currence joyfully sings
about coming 
home to the Carolinas for the holidays. I also love his
version of the classic holiday song, “The First Noel.”
“I
wanted to make Christmas music that’s timeless, songs that people will
remember for years to come,” says Currence, who recently signed with Disturbing Tha Peace (DTP
Records). “For those who don’t know me, just think of
this EP as an introduction to Rudy Currence. And to all my fans, this EP
is definitely meant to be a gift they can hold on to while anticipating
my upcoming album with DTP.”
Currence is known for his high-spirited and soulful performances, and this five-song release will surely get you in the holiday spirit.
