Early voting starts today across North Carolina.

In Mecklenburg County, voters can cast ballots today and Friday at the Hal Marshall annex, 618 North College Street, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Beginning Oct. 24, the county will allow early voting (and voter registration) at several Mecklenburg libraries.
