The North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center will host the third annual Charlotte Music Awards Red Carpet Affair.
The awards are held to recognize outstanding artists from the Carolinas, covering musical genres from hip-hop to country. This will be the event’s first years honoring artists from around the country and the world.
Fourteen artists will perform, including the gospel quartet the Jones Bros., the Donna Duncan Blues Band, rock band Lyra Shines, rappers McKeve, Dre Money and 14-year-old Jaz.
A VIP reception will follow where industry professionals can network.
