Although, Usher just released a new single, “Papers,” this week that details his split from wife, Tameka Foster Raymond, he has yet to put his John Hancock on the real documents reports RadarOnline.com.
Usher not signing the paper is reportedly holding up a divorce settlement that was hammered out about a month ago and filed at Atlanta’s Superior Court.
“Tameka thinks that it’s ironic that ‘Papers’ is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce,” said a source. “The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them, and she’s the one that wants to move on with her life.”
In the song “Papers,” from an upcoming album tentatively tilted “Raymond versus Raymond,” the singer paints himself as a sympathetic figure on the wrong end of a one-sided relationship.
