P. Diddy’s group, Day 26 from Season 4 of Making the Band has been accused of stealing a track.
According to TMZ.com, singer Kirby Shields says the Bad Boy Records group’s track “Just Gettin Started” is identical to his song “I’m Just Gettin Started.”
Oddly enough, both tracks were produced by Christian Davis Stalnecker, the same guy Shields says he hired “exclusively” to work with him back in 2007.
