Michael better known as āMikeā was born March 8, 1969, to James McNeil and Betty Morrison in Laurinburg, N.C.
He attended Scotland High School, Charlotte Truck Driving School where he was awarded a Certificate of Completion and his CDL.
Michael loved working on cars, he loved his children with a never ending love. Quentin, Perres and Mariah enjoyed the benefits of his love during his shopping for clothing and Christmas.
He loved God and serving his church as well as his godfather and pastor, Bishop Nathan J. Anderson whom he admired and called āPop.ā
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 2, at Greater Myers Chapel PFM from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, August, 3, his body will lie in state from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Union Grove Baptist Church in Laurinburg, N.C. The family will receive visitors from noon until 12:55 p.m.
Particularly he is survived by his wife, Diana Morrison, his parents James McNeil and Betty Morrison. His son Quentin, his daugthers Perres and Mariah. He also is survived by five brothers, four sisters, three stepdaughters, his grandmothers Mary Pirkle and Salley D. McNeil. A complete listing of names and surviving family members will be listed in the obituary.
