William Potts, 47, a resident of Charlotte, passed away July 10, at Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville. Mr. Potts was born April 16, 1962. He was an employee of Foster Caviness and Charlotte Catholic High School. He is survived by a special friend Jennifer Myers, and his children, Antoine Rowell, William Brooks, and Jazzmine Potts.
The wake will be held on Friday, July 17, 2009, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Zechariah Alexander, Sr. Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 18, at 1 p.m. at St. Mark A.M.E. Zion Church, 605 Johnson Dr., Pineville, N.C. Interment will be in China Grove A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery in Pineville.
