Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say 15-year-old Tyra Porter has returned to her south Charlotte home and is no longer missing.
Porter had been last seen on July 2.
CMPD had asked for the public’s help in locating the youth. Her family was concern about her safety because of health issues.
In announcing Porter’s safe return today, police offered no further details.
