The sister of Sahel Kazemi, the 20-year-old woman found shot dead with Steve McNair, said she believes a third party was involved.
USA Today reports that Sepideh Salmani said she talked to her sister almost daily. She said her sister was happy in her relationship with McNair.
According to the sister, Kazemi believed that McNair was getting a divorce and that the two would live together after his divorce was final.
Salmani said she does not believe her sister killed McNair or herself.
“All she was trying to do was have fun,” Salmani said. “Nothing else. I believe there is a third person involved.”
Salmani said she believes jealous people in McNair’s life are the reason her sister and the football player are dead.
