Mecklenburg Ministries will host a free workshop for churches and faith-based organizations that sponsor “job seeker” and “career transition” support groups.
The free lunch-and-learn will offer free resources through the Workforce Development Board. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Goals:
- Share best practices for groups already in existence.
- Help churches that are looking to form such groups.
- Connect churches to free local, regional and state resources.
- Provide networking and collaboration opportunities.

Who: Invited attendees; clergy, staff and volunteers at faith-based organizations who lead or want to start groups.
