Rep. Nick Mackey, a democrat from Mecklenburg County, is the chief sponsor of a bill in the North Carolina House of Representatives that will make it a Class 1 misdemeanor to bully any minor online.
Yesterday, the bill passed with a 112 to 4 vote.
