After taking pictures of a battered Rihanna, police seized the glitter in case they needed it as evidence for prosecution. Now the state has agreed to return the stones.
Prosecutors agreed Wednesday to have the jewelry photographed instead. The 21-year-old singer’s attorney had asked a judge for its return.
